Dinkykong Pickleball Scorer ("the app") is a pickleball scoreboard for TVs and tablets that is controlled from a phone. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Google account basics — when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We use them only to identify your account and show who is signed in.
- Pass and payment records — the package you choose, the amount, the last 6 digits of your payment reference number, and whether the owner approved it.
- Phone identifier — a random code stored on your phone so a pass works on one phone only. It is not linked to your phone number or hardware ID.
- Scores — match scores, team and player names are kept on the scoreboard device only and are not sent to our database.
How we use it
To sign you in, check your pass, approve payments, prevent sharing of passes, and answer support requests. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Account and payment records are stored with Supabase (Singapore region). The website is hosted on Vercel. Phone-to-scoreboard connections use a peer-to-peer link (PeerJS).
Google user data
We only request your basic profile and email. The app's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your account and payment records while your account is active so we can honour passes and handle disputes. To delete your account and data, email dinkykongsupport@gmail.com from the Google account you used.
Children
The app is not intended for children under 13 to purchase passes.

We will update this page if anything changes.
